We, the members of "The True Faith Jehovah's Witnesses" Association from Romania, with foreign delegations, participants in International Theocratic Congress under the title "Victorious by Faith's Trials" in August 5-6, 2006, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, accordant with resolutions of foregoing assemblies and with themes carried forth in this assembly, we publicly declare our position, concluding the following:
    1. JEHOVAH, the only true and living God, by prophecy from Genesis 3:15 disclosed to all generations of people who are to born on the earth there will be a constant opposition between His servants and the evil's servants, which fact shall lead to persecution the ones who will abide by the issue: "I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruise his heel." Therefore, we believe that all the ones who all the time endured mockeries, persecutions, hard afflictions, even death for keeping the true faith uncompromised are Jehovah's servants, their name are being registered in God's memory. They are carrying on continuity of faith's martyrs and they are recruiting the great cloud of Jehovah Witnesses - Hebrews 11:36, 37; 12:1.
    2. This International Theocratic Assembly doesn't aim eulogy or deification persons undergone by such distresses, neither God's organization aim to claim damage any government for inestimable injuries endured, human and moral, but in the light of acts reflecting truth about distresses of the true faith's martyrs, it is proved evident that Biblical prophecies regarding destiny of Christ's followers are fulfilling over them: "These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be caused to stumble … yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killed you shall think that he offered service unto God. And these things will they do, because they have not known the Father, nor me." - John 16:1-3.
    3. We are convinced that dragon of Revelation, chapter 12, following it was cast out from heaven and it failed in prosecution of "Zion" woman, in a rage, it had inspired many religious clergymen and political leaders to unleash an unprecedented persecution crusade smitten with a desire to extirpate on the earth "the humble and small people" of Jehovah's Witnesses, constituted by "woman" seed's remnant and Lord's "other sheep" (Zephaniah 3:12). Therefore, the same demonic inspiration also motived sadist chancellor Adolf Hitler and his Nazi-fascist regime, who had confined in extermination camps over 8.000 Jehovah's Witnesses, more than 2.000 had dieing there (Matthew 24:9).
    4. We are declaring inhuman, barbarous, criminal and blamable the rough deals applied to Jehovah's Witnesses in exterminations camps and we join in with the thousands of bold witnesses on earth, who in October 7, 1934 sent to Nazi chancellor Hitler and his government their indignation and their protest, therewith had advertised him that God will have annihilated him and his nationalist party. Although communist regime inveighed against atrocities committed by Nazi dictatorship between 1933-1945, after it came into power, both in Romania and in lands from former communist bloc, it had applied the same persecution treatment, both into Security's torture cells and penitentiaries and penal servitude camps, where Jehovah's Witnesses have been confined. We are sure The Almighty God, who then heard His servants' prayers, in Armageddon He surely will vindicate blood of the innocent ones who were killed "because Christ's testimony" (Revelation 6:9,10; 20:4).
    5. We are convinced the faith's trials for the Jehovah's true Witnesses didn't close-up with cessation bodily brutalities over them, but the insidious Serpent only had changed its strategy, unleashing spiritual trials age. Consequently, Security's efforts to convince Jehovah's Witnesses in times of investigations, to accept proposal about a new work, with new literature, which was to come off on accord and under direction of communist authorities, are being the same compromise crusade about the God's true servants. We are thankful to Jehovah for firm and immovable position of our brothers in hard screening period 1950-1960, who becoming victorious, they have handed over us a pure and uncompromised truth and organization (Hebrews 13:7).
    6. We are declaring as hypocrite and idle tentative of "Jehovah's Witnesses Religious Organization" of Brooklyn to appropriate the history of the true and faithful witnesses from past century and to boast about past of moral and theocratic servants (who don't resemble at all the ones religious nowadays), to whom firm confidence in Jehovah, based upon accurate understanding about The Higher Powers from Romans 13:1-6, have provided them power and boldness necessary to become victorious by faith's trials. Therefore, they are our brothers! Because today we are having the same faith, we are carrying on work breaking off in 1948 by communist regime, this are being too cause of establishment our association.
    7. By partnership this congress and by uptake its themes every member of God's people should keep oneself aggrieved, feeling compassion for inflictions of the ones died for faith. Their exemplary boldness and loyalty are encouraging us and are fortifying us, are exhorting us to follow their example. Hence, today we are giving The Higher Powers Jehovah and Christ ours hand upon, by any trials we will undergo in future - knowing war between dragon and Christ's followers isn't finished yet - we will not give in, but we will keep up and we will follow our forerunners' example, because we had entrusted our destiny by consecration in Jehovah Almighty God's hand. He will back-up us and He will help us to become, our turn, victorious by faith's trials (Psalms 55:22).

    As a result of this resolution, unanimously adopted by attended assembly, we want to make a call all over the world to all the ones who consent with us and who wherever they are on earth, they have endured and they are enduring persecutions, inquisitions and convictions from political and religious leaders in this world into battle for keeping the true faith, to enjoin us in preaching work of Jehovah's supremacy to people generation living the end's time. This tried people shall perpetuate the faith martyrs' devotion and steadfastness and it shall prove by its purity the true God's servants can be crushed, but they never be beaten, because New World's enthroned King will lead them to victory and they will compose that particular people chosen of all nations to Jehovah's name.
